Thermlock®
Cold, crisp lines on the outside hide away our innovative Thermlock® multi-chamber thermal design, helping keep you and your property well insulated against the worst of the UK weather. Their insulating chambers act as a thermal break and work in conjunction with high performance glazing to create class leading thermal performance, far superior to traditional polyamide thermal breaks. Sheerline’s cills also feature this same technology coupled with innovative in-built weather sealing that keep draughts and rain safely outside.
1.5 U-value W/(m²K) Double glazed
Thermal transmittance, also known as a U-value, measures the rate of transfer of heat. The better-insulated a window is, the lower the U-value will be.
Patented Construction
The ultra slim 59mm sightlines* of the innovative Classic window system maximises the light flooding into your home, creating a refined architectural look. While our patented construction method uses threaded screws to bind corners tightly together in perfect unison. We’ve also designed out the stepping of misaligned corners, allowing each Sheerline window to be individually hand tuned to perfection. Leaving you with the perfect balance of understated refinement and exacting quality standards.
Styling Options
With a choice of traditional or contemporary styling Sheerline aluminium windows are available in a choice of two opening sash styles; ‘Stepped’ – inspired by traditional steel windows and ‘Contemporary’ - with a more modern minimalist aesthetic.
Both styles are available in either our standard outer frame, or as a ‘Flush’ option that brings both the perimeter and the opening sash perfectly in-line with each other. You can draw on our experience if required to find the one that resonates best with your home’s character. A range of Georgian bar options are also available.
A RANGE OF CONTEMPORARY COLOURS
Classic windows are available in eight powder coated matt colours, as well as a high gloss white with the option of choosing a different colour for the interior to help you find the look that is perfect for your property. A further three metallic effect colours are available for the ultimate durable and stylish finish.

Our patented corner assembly method allows windows to be made on one bench, once cutting and milling has taken place, saving time. Scrap levels are also drastically reduced, saving you money.

Outstanding thermal performance
Prestige windows have a U-value as low as 0.9W/(m2K) when specified with triple glazing, 1.3W/(m2K) double glazed, also achieving an A+ WER (Window Energy Rating)
Full depth Eurogroove
With a full depth Eurogroove, Prestige is our most versatile system, carrying the widest range of window styles and glazing options, offering a choice of small, intermediate and large outer frames.
Casement, French and Tilt and Turn windows
Can accommodate the largest spans and biggest windows. 72mm front to back as standard, – in-line with the Classic flush profile width – allowing the systems to be joined. 80mm for Flush frames.
Single and French doors
Available as single and French door (French also available as flush with sidelights and flags, with full mid-rail options).

Integrated System
Sheerline’s cills, ancillaries and corner posts, also feature Thermavic® technology coupled with innovative in-built weather sealing that keep draughts and rain safely outside, help eliminate any condensation issues caused by cold bridging, and reduce the need for onsite sealing. All based on a common chassis helping to reduce product complexity. This innovative clip together approach also means dual colours are easy to assemble and stock utilisation is improved.

INTRODUCING THE PRESTIGE DOOR RANGE
The Prestige door range is a thermally efficient 72/80mm system, accommodating a wide range of styles and featuring a full depth Eurogroove, giving you the maximum choice in hardware options. Available in the same range of 12 colours as the rest of the Sheerline range.
Low Thresholds
Prestige a choice of three low threshold options that have been tested to the requirements of Part M, alongside continuous frame options. These allow easier access, while reducing trip hazards. Door frames fix to these thresholds using a universal moulding that’s hidden from view from the outside. A cover strip continues the high end aesthetics, hiding the fixings, but can be slid under the moulding to aid removal if required.
Patented Construction
Our patented construction method – using threaded screws to bind corners tightly together – helps eliminate misaligned corner issues that can occur on ordinary aluminium frames. Allowing each Sheerline window to be individually hand tuned to perfection. This innovative corner jointing method also does away with the need for crimping and specialised machinery and drastically reduces waste. Larger frames can also be assembled in situ if required.
